The Youth rTMS Clinic provides innovative, non-invasive brain stimulation therapy for young people experiencing depression and other psychiatric conditions. This service integrates expert clinical care with ongoing research in neuropsychiatry to improve outcomes for adolescents and young adults.
The rTMS Clinic operates multiple sessions per week and offers comprehensive assessments, personalised treatment planning, and evidence-based neuromodulation using state-of-the-art rTMS technology. The clinic specialises in managing moderate to severe depression, anxiety disorders, and other neurodevelopmental and mood-related conditions in young people aged 15–25.
All rTMS sessions are delivered under the supervision of Consultant Psychiatrists with specialised training in brain stimulation therapies.
Eligible youth may access Medicare rebate for rTMS treatment with no out-of-pocket expense. Where appropriate, patients may be invited to participate in research studies and clinical trials aimed at advancing understanding of rTMS efficacy in youth populations. Collaborative care with referring GPs, mental health services, and families ensures a holistic and supportive treatment environment.
