Research group
Dr Margaret Sealey (PhD, FT) is a Thanatologist, having worked as a Registered Nurse, Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Educator and Researcher with vulnerable populations in end-of-life health care for 30 years. Using action research, she developed a grief and bereavement model for use in palliative care. Margaret is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) having worked as a university lecturer and clinical educator for organisations. She also facilitates grief cafes and death cafes to provide education and support in the community.
