Rohan Hardcastle

Board Director

Rohan is a solicitor and barrister, an Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Western Australia (UWA) and a Venture Partner with Jindalee Partners, working with early stage and listed companies to help them commercialise and scale.

Prior to 2017, Rohan was a Barrister for over ten years at his own practice in the Sixth Floor Selborne Chambers in Sydney, which focused on financial markets. Clients included ASX 50 companies and regulators such as ASIC. Rohan completed his Law degree at UWA and his PhD at the University of Oxford as a Menzies scholar. Following the completion of his doctorate, he published his research in a book titled Law and the Human Body: Property Rights, Ownership and Control. Upon returning to Australia, Rohan worked as an associate to Justice Dyson Heydon AC at the High Court. Currently Rohan is also an ambassador for FSHD Global Research Foundation, a not-for-profit in the area of medical research for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy. Rohan brings various skillsets to the Board including IP protection and commercialisation.
