Brad is a PhD candidate within the Neuropharmacogenetics project at the Perron Institute. His multidisciplinary research incorporates studies in biogenetics, pharmacology, neuropsychiatry, and public health. Specifically, Brad’s research aims to improve the efficiency of care pathways and service connections via the implementation of genetic testing into clinical practice for adolescent depression. His project will also inform an awareness of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation as a safe and efficacious treatment option for patients resistant to standard treatment with antidepressants and behavioural therapy.
