It’s National Psychology Awareness Week from Sunday 6th to Saturday 12th November 2016.

Psychology Week is an annual Australian Psychological Society (APS) initiative that aims to increase public awareness of how psychology can help people and communities lead healthier, happier and more meaningful lives.

In 2016 the APS introduced the Compass for Life campaign aiming to help Australians measure and improve their happiness and wellbeing by promoting “Ways to Thrive”.

See the APS website for more information.
