Keys to Brighter Places

More young Australians than ever are experiencing mental illness. At the Perron Institute, our multidisciplinary youth mental health research team are conducting ground-breaking research into our brains and genes to unlock the mysteries surrounding mental illness, and to help create the future of personalised treatments. Our 'Finding The Keys to Brighter Places' TV commercial launched recently to help raise awareness about this very important topic.

Making a difference

At Perron Institute, we provide treatment and support for Parkinson’s patients at our Movement Disorder Clinic. Our researchers are currently recruiting eligible participants for three clinical trials and studies on Parkinson’s.

These are the TONiC Parkinson’s study, the Parkinson’s Disease Trial (PEDS) and the Parkinson’s Lung Trial (IMT).
