Information session for potential Honours Students 2022

Date: Wednesday 18 August
Time: 4pm-6pm
Venue: Perron Institute, Ground Floor Seminar Room, 8 Verdun Street Nedlands

Are you considering honours in Neuroscience in 2022?

The Perron Institute for Neurological and Translational Science is holding an information session for potential Honours students. The Institute brings together neuroscience researchers from across all of the WA universities, providing an innovative and supportive environment for students to learn research skills under the supervision of experts in a range of fields including Neurotrauma, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Neuroimmunology, Motor neurone disease, Neuro-genetics and Brain Plasticity.

The Information session at 4pm on Wednesday 18 August will give you the opportunity to hear from leading researchers from the Perron Institute as they present their research in a series of 3 minute presentations, followed by informal drinks and snacks with the researchers and current honours and PhD students.

This is a great opportunity for you to meet with potential supervisors and find out more about how honours works. We hope this information session will introduce you to the Neuroscience research community in Perth, laying the groundwork for your honours project in 2022.

Priority will be given to 3rd year students who will be enrolling in Honours or Masters programs in 2022 at any university in Perth.
