‘Mind and Diet Connections – Food for Thought’

Professor Manny Noakes is a key opinion leader and trusted advisor in nutrition and health both nationally and internationally.

Professor Noakes is currently an Adjunct Research Professor with the University of South Australia and a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia, and was instrumental in the development and release of five editions of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, which was launched in 2004 and has been translated into 17 languages and sold over 1 million copies in Australia.

Professor Noakes is holding a public talk: ‘Mind and Diet Connections – Food for Thought’ as part of SWAN 2018 – the Symposium of Western Australian Neuroscience.
